Mr. Naresh Kumar Mehta is the Managing Director of Girnar Buildcon & Promoters Private Limited. Armed with an experience of approx. 40 years, he brought significant insights in the real estate industry. Mr. Mehta has the judgement to see opportunities where none apparently exists, the courage to take the difficult path and the determination to see his vision through the realization.
His leadership led Girnar grow from a modest construction company to a revered real estate development company that it has become today. It is because of Mr. Mehta’s astute business strategies that today the company has in-house support for projects and engineering, design and architecture, and marketing and PR. Known for constructing practical buildings and acing architectural aspect, Mr. Mehta has led over 400+ construction projects.
Not only is he a shrewd businessman, but a philanthropist as well. He’s the trustee of “Gulab Kaushalya Charitable Trust”- a trust that he created in the loving memory of his parents. Ever since Mr. Mehta started earning, he started donating. Every year, the trust undertakes several CSR projects like blood donation camps, Jaipur Foot, Scholarships to students, tricycle donation, social service to old age homes etc. He also opened an eye Hospital - “Padam Jyoti Naitra Chikitsalya”, where outdoor services and eye operations are done free of cost. It is impossible to summarise Mr. Mehta’s journey in social services but the fact that he was awarded a doctorate degree in the domain of social services by the Government of India in the year 2020, substantiates the same.
Mrs. Nirmala Mehta
Director
Mrs. Nirmala Mehta is a woman of principles and morale. With an experience of approx. 25 years, she has provided valuable acumens to the business. From systematically profiling the company and its verticals, she has played a significant role in making the company a name that it is today.
She manages and organises the company activities, puts up advancement strategies, gives her valuable observations and oversees all operations. Mrs. Mehta performs SWOT analysis and decides whether or not to take on a particular deal. She is well-articulated and speaks her mind with elan, and this is why Girnar has been observing a disciplined and ethical culture ever since. It is under her leadership that the company personifies transparency and quality.
In addition to being the driving force behind the company’s success, she is dedicatedly involved in social welfare. She provides education to underprivileged children by paying for their fees, and contributes food and ration to government schools She believes that social responsibility is not about spending, instead it needs a compassionate heart.
Mr. Samyak Mehta
The second-generation entrepreneur and a cultured personality, Mr. Samyak Mehta joined Girnar in the year 2019 after completing his engineering from NIT Hamirpur and working as an Advanced Application Engineering Analyst in Accenture, Bangalore .
With a dream of creating holistic living spaces for all sections of buyers, Mr. Mehta has his sights set on creating new benchmarks in the real estate industry. In a short span, he has built a highly motivated construction team, creating an atmosphere for effective execution of assignments. He plays a major role in design review, project management, and construction activity. His composed nature and good humour initiates informal interactions, resulting in strong relations. While Mr. and Mrs. Naresh have years of experience, Mr. Samyak has new ideas, strategies and approach which he uses to keep up pace with the market.
Mr. Mehta brought strong credentials and entrepreneurial skills to the table and he has been precisely doing strategic manpower and asset acquisition. Being constantly updated with the technological developments, he uses data mining tools to gather valuable market information and it is evident that the company has been growing in leaps and bounds ever since Mr. Mehta joined.
